Pricing: all prices quoted are exclusive of GST, and valid for the 2010 calendar year. Tax invoices are issued on all services.
Surcharge: a cleaning surcharge may apply upon inspection of vehicle ie. heavily soiled, removal of hair, removal grease and other contaminants on any surface etc.
Environment: carbon offset program applies - one native tree planted per service = .167 CO2 carbon offset.
Location: we aim to service our customers everywhere but where a licensee operates outside their geographical boundaries, an additional transit surcharge may apply for time x distance
Time based rate: a flat rate of $70 per hr pre-approved by client applies to all other services offered other than those quoted and published ie. website, print material
Appointments: call outs cancelled within a 24hr period may be subject to a call out fee $50 inc GST
Explanation of Services
a waterless: mobile service limited to 14L of water with limited pressure, primarily for use to wash wheels, wheel guards , door jambs and engine bay surrounds
b waterLESS: minimal water is used with use of best practice techniques, eco–conscious products and equipment
c Full valet service: includes machine polishing and buffing and is only available from our autoSPA GARAGE service centres and authorised autoSPA mobile PODS
Engine Bay Disclaimer : we only offer a cold pressure to wash and tidy the engine bay, and always take the utmost care in cleaning your engine bay but cannot be held responsible for any mechanical issues after the valet
